By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies expressly referred to in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Green Man Gaming Bundle Store.

These Terms use clear and straightforward language to explain your rights and obligations when purchasing Bundles (as defined below) from Green Man Gaming Bundles. Sections are structured to help you quickly find information about purchasing, refunding, data privacy, and other important terms. If you do not understand any aspect, contact us via the details in Section 21.

1.0 INTRODUCTION & DEFINITIONS

1.1 The Website and services available at Green Man Gaming Bundles are operated by Green Man Gaming Limited, c/o Nyman Libson Paul LLP, 124 Finchley Road, London, NW3 5JS, United Kingdom, incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 05271628) ("GMGL", "we", "us" or "our"). Green Man Gaming Bundles is a sister website to Green Man Gaming (www.greenmangaming.com), designed specifically to provide curated digital bundles of games, software, and eBooks for purchase, supporting charitable causes.

1.2 The services provided through this Website (the "Service") include:

  • 1.2.1 The sale of curated charity Bundles (defined below) available exclusively via the Website;
  • 1.2.2 A "Pay What You Want" pricing model allowing customers to choose their purchase price (subject to minimum amounts clearly stated per Bundle);
  • 1.2.3 The ability for customers to adjust the "Split" of their chosen payment, deciding how the purchase amount is distributed between participating charities, content publishers, and GMGL;
  • 1.2.4 "Account Free" checkout functionality, meaning no registration or account creation is required to purchase Bundles from our Website;
  • 1.2.5 Digital delivery only, redemption, or downloading of purchased Bundles following payment completion.

1.3 For clarity, in these terms and conditions:

  • 1.3.1 "Bundle" or "Bundles" refers to collections of Products available for purchase through the Service, with proceeds allocated according to customer-adjustable splits supporting designated charities, publishers, and GMGL.
  • 1.3.2 "Game(s)" means digital computer, mobile, or console games available within Bundles provided through our Service, subject to the respective Game publisher’s End User Licence Agreement ("Game EULA").
  • 1.3.3 "Software" means digital applications, utilities, or programs included within Bundles, subject to their respective End User Licence Agreements.
  • 1.3.4 "eBooks" means digital books, publications, or other reading materials included within Bundles, subject to their respective licensing terms.
  • 1.3.5 “Product Key(s)” refers to the redeemable code(s) or redemption link(s) provided to you upon revealing your purchased Bundle, which grant access to the associated digital content (e.g. Games, Software, or eBooks) via a third-party platform or service. Redemption may require you to accept a Game EULA and/or create an account with the relevant third-party provider.
  • 1.3.6 “Products” means Games, Software, and/or eBooks and together.
  • 1.3.7 "Split" means the payment percentage breakdown you choose at checkout to indicate how much of your payment should go to charities, publishers, and Green Man Gaming Bundles. Please note: Actual amounts may be reduced by standard payment processing costs, taxes, or refunds. See Section 11.0 (“Charity Contributions”) for full details.
  • 1.3.8 "Communications" refers collectively to any content, messages, or data sent, submitted, or otherwise communicated via the Website or Service.

1.4 By using the Service, you confirm that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet capability required to access and use the digital products provided. You remain solely responsible for all related fees and requirements associated with using the Service. We hold no responsibility or liability in relation to any hardware, software, internet connection, or other services necessary for you to access or utilise the Service.

1.5 Each time you use the Service or make a purchase, you confirm your understanding, acceptance, and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with or understand any part of these terms, please refrain from using or accessing the Service.

1.6 If you are under the age of 16 and do not fully understand these terms and conditions, please ask a parent or guardian to explain them to you before using the Service or making a purchase.

1.7 You must be at least 16 years old to purchase from the Website. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service and complete any purchases. Where any content within a Bundle is age-restricted under applicable local laws or ratings systems (e.g., PEGI, ESRB), you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age required to access such content.

1.8 We may require you to confirm your date of birth to access or purchase certain age-rated content. This information is used solely to determine your eligibility and will not be stored, linked to other data, or used for marketing purposes. By proceeding with a purchase or accessing age-rated content, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to view or acquire the content. It is your responsibility to comply with all local laws regarding the use and access of age-rated digital content.

Your continued use of the Website or Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Should you disagree with any modifications, you should immediately cease using the Service. 1.10 Future Services or Functionality

  • 1.10.1 We may introduce new features, services, or enhancements to the Service over time. Any such additions will be subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated.
  • 1.10.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Where practical, we will notify users of significant changes that may impact their ability to access previously purchased content.
  • 1.10.3 Your continued use of the Service after the introduction of new features or changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updates, you should cease using the Service.

2.0 PURCHASING BUNDLES AND ACCOUNT-FREE CHECKOUT

2.1 The Website operates an "Account Free" checkout system. You do not need to create or maintain an account or provide a username or password in order to access or purchase Bundles through the Service.

2.2 When you purchase a Bundle, you will be required to provide:

  • 2.2.1 A valid email address to deliver your digital Bundle(s) and receipt.
  • 2.2.2 Valid payment information necessary to complete your purchase.

2.3 You agree, accept, and understand that:

  • 2.3.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide during checkout, including your email address and payment details.
  • 2.3.2 All order confirmations, communications, receipts, and instructions for downloading or redeeming your purchased Bundle(s) will be sent to the email address provided at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect, outdated, or inaccessible email addresses provided by you.
  • 2.3.3 As we do not maintain user accounts or personal profiles, we cannot recover, modify, or transfer orders once completed, other than through our standard customer support process. Therefore, it is essential to verify that all provided information is correct before finalising your purchase.

2.4 If you believe you have provided incorrect details during checkout or have questions about your Bundle purchase, please contact our customer support team promptly using the details provided on the Website.

2.5 You confirm that all information provided during checkout is truthful, complete, and correct. Should any provided information be inaccurate or incomplete, you agree to indemnify (compensate) us against any loss or damage incurred by us and/or third parties arising as a result.

3.0 RIGHTS OF USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

3.1 Subject to these terms and conditions and your compliance with them, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, limited license to access and use the Service solely for your private, non-commercial, personal use.

3.2 This license includes the limited right to download, redeem, and use the Products contained in your purchased Bundle(s), strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions and any applicable Game EULA provided by the respective publishers or licensors.

3.3 You may not transfer, sublicense, distribute, or deal in these digital products or your right to access the Service without our prior written permission or as expressly allowed within applicable Game EULAs.

3.4 These terms and conditions and the rights granted herein do not confer upon you any title or ownership rights in any part of the Service or in any of the Products provided within Bundles. Nothing contained herein shall constitute a sale or transfer of copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights subsisting in or associated with the Service or the Products.

3.5 Unless otherwise expressly stated, all copyrights, design rights, database rights, patent rights, trademarks, trade dress, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service, Website, or Products made available through the Service (in any part of the world, whether registered or unregistered) belong to and vest in GMGL or are licensed to us as appropriate. All our intellectual property rights are hereby asserted and reserved.

3.6 All third-party trade names, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Products remain the property of their respective owners. We make no warranty or representation regarding third-party intellectual property. We do not claim or assert any ownership, right, title, or interest in any third-party intellectual property contained within digital products offered via the Service.

3.7 When you purchase a Bundle and reveal your product keys, you are granted a license to use the corresponding Product from the applicable third-party publishers or licensors. All keys are redeemed subject to the applicable Game EULA and usage restrictions set by those third parties. You do not obtain ownership of the keys, the software they activate, or any underlying intellectual property rights.

3.8 Product keys are for single-user personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, publicly shared, or otherwise distributed unless explicitly permitted by the relevant GAME EULA. Any unauthorised use or transfer of keys may result in cancellation of access without refund and may be subject to legal action by the rights holders. GMGL accepts no responsibility for actions taken by third-party platform holders or publishers in relation to the misuse or revocation of keys.

3.9 Certain Products may be subject to geographic restrictions, licensing limitations, or trade embargoes imposed by publishers, platform holders, or legal authorities. You agree that you will not use any tools, services, or technologies—including VPNs, proxy servers, or IP-masking techniques—to misrepresent your location or to access or redeem digital content in regions where it is not licensed or permitted for sale or distribution.

3.10 Where territorial restrictions apply, GMGL reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke access to affected Products, without refund, if we reasonably believe that an Order was placed or redeemed in breach of these restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and redemption of digital content complies with all applicable local laws, platform rules, and publisher-imposed restrictions.

4.0 RESTRICTIONS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1 You agree to comply fully with all rules and licensing conditions applicable to the Bundles obtained through the Service, including, but not limited to, any applicable Game EULA.

4.2 You specifically agree and undertake not to:

  • 4.2.1 Hack, attempt to hack, modify, adapt, merge, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, Website, or any Product obtained through it (except to the extent explicitly permitted by applicable mandatory law);
  • 4.2.2 Remove, disable, modify, or otherwise tamper with any software, data, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or provided through the Service;
  • 4.2.3 Create software or use automated methods designed to mimic, interfere with, or replicate functionality or data provided by the Service;
  • 4.2.4 Use the Service, or any products obtained from the Service, for any public, business, or commercial purposes, or in any manner not expressly permitted by these terms;
  • 4.2.5 Redistribute, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise make available any Products from Bundles to third parties, unless expressly permitted by the relevant publisher or licensor;
  • 4.2.6 Provide hypertext links, graphic links, or other direct connections intended to generate profit from, or exploit the Service commercially without our prior written permission (fair linking and sharing of the Website without financial gain is permitted);
  • 4.2.7 Use the Service or Products obtained through it for any illegal, fraudulent, unfair, or immoral purposes;
  • 4.2.8 Obscure or delete copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from materials made available via the Service.

4.3 Access to Products may only be done via authorised methods explicitly provided or permitted by us. You must not bypass or attempt to bypass any measures put in place to protect the Products from unauthorised access, distribution, or use.

5.0 LIABILITY

5.1 This clause applies to your use of the Service but does not apply to the Bundles purchased through the Service, which are covered separately under Section 7.0 ("Purchases & Payments") of these terms and conditions.

5.2 GMGL provides the Service on an “as is” basis, solely for your personal and non-commercial use. We undertake to deliver the Service with reasonable skill and care, but make no other representations, warranties, or guarantees concerning the Service.

5.3 The Service may contain links or references to third-party websites or online services ("External Sites"). Such External Sites have not been verified or reviewed by us, and accessing them is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

  • 5.3.1 Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, whether or not we have been made aware of such a risk;
  • 5.3.2 Any inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions within the Service;
  • 5.3.3 Any issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided via the Service or Communications sent through or from it;
  • 5.3.4 The infringement by any third party of intellectual property rights within the Service;
  • 5.3.5 The availability, quality, content, or nature of External Sites, or any transactions you engage in involving External Sites;
  • 5.3.6 Loss or damage arising from viruses or malicious software affecting your devices as a result of using or downloading content from the Service (except where digital content provided by us directly, or on our behalf, causes damage to your digital devices or content - in this case, please contact us for assistance);
  • 5.3.7 Any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to Internet outages, communication disruptions, fire, flood, war, natural disasters, or similar unforeseen contingencies.

5.4 We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access or use of the Service.

5.5 Except as explicitly set out in these terms and conditions, all representations, warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent legally permissible.

5.6 You agree that, when using the Service, you will not engage in any unlawful activity or behave in a manner that could give rise to civil or criminal liability, or bring the Service into disrepute.

5.7 You agree to indemnify (compensate) GMGL and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and partners ("Indemnified Parties") against any liabilities, costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), claims, or damages resulting from your breach of these terms and conditions, your use of the Service, or any Communications you send or otherwise provide through or in connection with the Service. You agree to cooperate fully with us in the defence of any such claims. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

6.0 TERMINATION

6.1 Without limiting any other rights we may have, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if we reasonably determine (at our sole discretion) that you have breached these terms and conditions.

6.2 You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by permanently ceasing to access or use the Service, and deleting or destroying any downloaded or stored copies of Products obtained from the Service that are within your control, subject to any applicable Game EULA.

6.3 Termination will not affect any rights, obligations, or remedies accrued by either party up to the date of termination.

7.0 PURCHASES & PAYMENTS

7.1 You may purchase digital Bundles containing Products through the Service as follows:

  • 7.1.1 Our checkout process will clearly guide you through the steps required to place an order ("Order") for your selected Bundle(s). You will have the opportunity to review your Order details and correct any errors before finalising your purchase. Please ensure the accuracy of all provided information, including your email address and payment details.
  • 7.1.2 By placing an Order, you are offering to purchase the selected Bundle(s) at the stated price, subject to these terms and conditions. See Section 7.2 (“Tiered Pricing and Pay What You Want”) for more information on pricing.
  • 7.1.3 Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Service and include VAT or sales tax where applicable. You are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred due to currency conversion or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
  • 7.1.4 When placing your Order, you will select how your payment is divided ("Split") between participating charities, publishers, and GMGL. Once your Order is submitted and payment completed, your chosen Split is final and cannot be adjusted.
  • 7.1.5 A Bundle is considered a single, indivisible product. All items within a Bundle are sold together under a single price and purchase contract. As such, we do not offer partial refunds, exchanges, or substitutions for individual items within a Bundle, regardless of whether you redeem or use all included content. This structure allows us to offer significant savings and charitable contributions as part of the Bundle format.
  • 7.1.6 Store or Service Coupons as Bonus Items
    • 7.1.6.1 From time to time, a Bundle may include a promotional discount code, voucher, or coupon ("Coupon") redeemable on a third-party platform, store, or service (which may include but is not limited to Green Man Gaming). These Coupons are provided as bonus items and are not sold as part of the Bundle.
    • 7.1.6.2 By purchasing a Bundle that includes such a Coupon, you acknowledge and agree that:
      • 7.1.6.2.1 You are not purchasing the Coupon itself;
      • 7.1.6.2.2 The Coupon has no standalone monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash;
      • 7.1.6.2.3 Coupons may be subject to their own terms of use, redemption limitations, or expiry dates, as determined by the issuing third-party platform or service;
      • 7.1.6.2.4 Redemption of a Coupon may require you to create an account with the issuing platform or provider, and may be subject to their own privacy or commercial terms;
      • 7.1.6.2.5 Inclusion of a Coupon does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the third-party platform or service by Green Man Gaming Limited.
    • 7.1.6.3 Coupons are made available solely as an additional courtesy or promotion and are not eligible for individual dispute, refund, or substitution in the event of redemption issues or expiry.
  • 7.1.7 GMGL is not a registered charity. Purchases made through the Service are not tax-deductible donations, even if 100% of your payment gets allocated to charity.
  • 7.1.8 After submitting your Order, we will promptly send an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your Order details. This email does not confirm acceptance or guarantee product availability.
  • 7.1.9 A binding contract between you and GMGL is established only when we send you an Order confirmation email containing a unique Secure Link to access your purchased Bundle.
  • 7.1.10 The Secure Link provided to you in your Order confirmation email grants direct access to your purchased content and should not be shared with anyone else. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that this link has been shared or used improperly, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your Order and revoke your access to the purchased Bundle, without issuing a refund.
  • 7.1.11 The available payment methods and supported currencies are displayed during checkout and may vary over time. All Orders require immediate payment confirmation.
  • 7.1.12 If we are unable to fully fulfil your Order for any reason, we will notify you promptly via email and refund your payment in full.
  • 7.1.13 Use of all Products obtained via the Service is subject to the applicable Game EULA, incorporated by reference into your purchase. By redeeming or using any Products from your Bundle(s), you agree to these Game EULAs.

7.2 Tiered Pricing and Pay What You Want

7.2.1 Bundles are sold using a tiered pricing structure. Each Bundle includes multiple predefined tiers, with specific digital products allocated to each tier. The amount you choose to pay determines which tier of content you receive. You will receive the content from the highest tier that your payment qualifies for, as clearly displayed on the Bundle page before checkout.

7.2.2 Customers may choose to pay more than the minimum required for their chosen tier, including above the highest tier level, in support of participating charities or publishers. However, no additional digital products, bonus content, or extra entitlements are provided in exchange for payments above the top tier threshold unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Bundle page.

7.2.3 You may not pay less than the minimum amount required for the lowest available tier. Once payment is completed, your selected tier and its corresponding content are fixed and cannot be altered or exchanged.

7.3 PURCHASES OR DOWNLOADS VIA THE SERVICE MAY BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED OR MAY NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY IF YOU USE A VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK (“VPN”), PROXY SERVER, OR SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY. ANY ATTEMPTED PURCHASE UNDER THESE CONDITIONS MAY STILL BE CHARGED DURING THE ORDER PROCESS. IF YOU EXPERIENCE SUCH AN ISSUE, PLEASE REFER TO THE "REFUNDS" SECTION BELOW FOR INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND.

8.0 BUNDLE AVAILABILITY INFORMATION

8.1 The availability of Bundles on the Website is time and stock-sensitive. For customer visibility, we display the following on Bundle pages:

8.2 Scheduled End Time

  • 8.2.1 Each Bundle may display a countdown timer indicating the scheduled end date and time of the promotion. This is intended as a helpful guide. While we aim to retire Bundles as scheduled, availability may occasionally be extended or adjusted at our discretion due to operational reasons or customer demand.

8.3 Stock Remaining

  • 8.3.1 Some Bundles may display an indicator showing the percentage of remaining stock. This is a dynamic, data-driven estimate based on current demand and projected limits.
  • 8.3.2 Please note:
    • 8.3.2.1 The percentage shown may change in real time.
    • 8.3.2.2 We may occasionally restock a Bundle, causing the displayed stock percentage to increase.
    • 8.3.2.3 When stock is low, we will indicate on the Bundle page whether a restock is expected and, where possible, provide an approximate timeframe.
  • 8.3.3 All availability indicators are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee that any Product or Bundle will be available at a specific time or in a specific quantity.

9.0 ACCEPTABLE USE & ANTI-FRAUD

9.1 All Orders placed through the Service are subject to checks designed to prevent fraud and misuse. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any Order (and refund all sums paid) if we reasonably believe:

  • 9.1.1 fraud or misuse is involved;
  • 9.1.2 an obvious pricing error exists;
  • 9.1.3 territorial restrictions apply, or the use of VPN, proxy servers, or similar technologies has been detected in an attempt to bypass such restrictions; or
  • 9.1.4 the digital content within a Bundle is no longer available.
  • 9.2 By using the Service, you agree not to engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse the Service in any way. GMGL reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies, in cases of fraud or misuse.

10.0 REFUND POLICY

Nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights under applicable law. If you are resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, additional rights may apply (see Section 15.0 for a summary of your key legal rights).

10.1 We aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding your rights to request a refund. Please read the following carefully.

10.2 Refund Eligibility

  • 10.2.1 You may request a refund if:
    • 10.2.1.1 Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase; and
    • 10.2.1.2 You have not clicked the “Reveal Keys” button for your Bundle.
  • 10.2.2 Each Bundle includes one button to reveal all digital product keys. Once this button has been clicked, the entire Bundle is considered delivered and fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
  • 10.2.3 If you meet the conditions above, please contact us using the details provided in Section 21.0 ("Contact Us") to request a refund.

10.3 Non-Refundable Situations

10.3.1 We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • 10.3.1.1 The “Reveal Keys” button for the Bundle has been clicked.
  • 10.3.1.2 You are outside the 14-day statutory cancellation period.
  • 10.3.1.3 Your computer or device does not meet the minimum technical requirements for a Product.
  • 10.3.1.4 You are dissatisfied with the content, quality, or performance of a Product (e.g. gameplay, design, optimisation).
  • 10.3.1.5 You used a VPN, proxy, or other tool to bypass regional restrictions, and the Product is inaccessible or non-functional as a result.
  • 10.3.1.6 More than 180 days have passed since purchase and the Bundle has not been revealed. After this period, we cannot guarantee fulfilment, and no refund will be issued.

10.4 Bundles as Single Products

10.4.1 All Bundles are sold as a single, indivisible product. We do not offer partial refunds, replacements, or exchanges for individual items within a Bundle, regardless of whether all items are redeemed or used.

10.5 EU Customers and Statutory Rights

10.5.1 If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your Order confirmation, under applicable consumer protection law.

10.5.2 By clicking the "Reveal Keys" button, you agree that the Bundle is delivered in full at that moment. This means you immediately lose your statutory right to cancel and request a refund, as allowed under consumer law. If you want to cancel, you must do so before revealing any keys.

10.5.3 To request a refund within the cooling-off period (and prior to revealing your keys), contact us using the details provided in Section 21.0 ("Contact Us").

10.5.4 If you reside in the European Union and you purchase a Product the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 may apply, and you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of purchase (the "Cooling Off Period"). You will lose your right of withdrawal if you start downloading your product, or if the performance of our services has begun (such as if the Bundle product activation codes have been disclosed to you), before the end of the Cooling Off Period. Please note that if you purchase services from us, the performance of our services will begin immediately after you have received our purchase confirmation email. To withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, please contact Customer Service. If you withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, we will provide you with a refund for your purchase.

11.0 CHARITY CONTRIBUTIONS

11.1 When you purchase a Bundle through the Website, you have the option to allocate a portion of your payment to one or more participating charities via the adjustable "Split" at checkout.

11.2 Please note:

  • 11.2.1 GMGL is not a registered charity. We act as a commercial fundraiser, collecting funds either in partnership with PayPal Giving Fund, a registered to PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF) a registered charity, or on behalf of the listed charity partners. You can learn more about PPGF by viewing their policies on their UK and US website.
  • 11.2.2 The charity portion of your payment is collected by GMGL and either donated to PayPal Giving Fund, which then grants the funds to the chosen charities per its policies, or donated by GMGL directly to the applicable charities.
  • 11.2.3 We donate funds to PayPal Giving Fund or directly to charities on a regular, scheduled basis in compliance with applicable law.
  • 11.2.4 The portion of your payment allocated to charity may be reduced by payment processing fees, taxes, and operational costs before funds are remitted to the named charity. We will not withhold more than reasonably necessary to cover these standard costs. The actual percentage received by each party may therefore be less than the checkout allocation. . These deductions will only be those that are standard across digital platforms and are essential to the delivery and maintenance of the Service.
  • 11.2.5 There are no minimum or maximum amounts that GMGL will remit to any particular charity in connection with its charity contributions from Bundles.

11.3 Your allocation is fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be modified after the transaction is complete.

11.4 Tax Treatment of Charity Allocations

11.4.1 GMGL is not a registered charity, and purchases made through the Service do not qualify as charitable donations for tax purposes.

11.4.2 Even where 100% of your payment is allocated to charity via the Split feature, your payment is considered a purchase of digital content, not a donation. Therefore, no portion of your payment is eligible for Gift Aid or any form of tax deduction or charitable giving incentive in any jurisdiction.

11.4.3 We will clearly indicate during checkout which organisations are designated as charity recipients and which are commercial content publishers or partners.

11.4.4 Customers are responsible for determining and fulfilling any personal tax obligations that may arise in their jurisdiction from purchasing or redeeming Products through the Service.

12.0 YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

12.1 Your rights to end the contract depend on the circumstances under which you wish to cancel, whether there's an issue with your purchased Bundle, and whether you have accessed your digital content. Your rights are outlined clearly below:

12.2 If the digital products you purchased are faulty or misdescribed:

  • 12.2.1 If the digital products provided to you are faulty, incorrect, significantly misdescribed, or if we fail to deliver your Bundle, you may have a legal right to end the contract and receive a full refund. Please see Section 14.0 ("If There Is a Problem with the Product") below for details.

12.3 If you have changed your mind:

  • 12.3.1 After your purchase, you have a statutory cancellation period of 14 days from when your Order confirmation email is sent.
  • 12.3.2 Upon placing an Order, your digital Bundle(s) will be delivered to your secure Order Details Page. However, individual product redemption keys are not immediately displayed and will remain hidden until you specifically choose to click "Reveal Keys."
  • 12.3.3 If, during the 14-day cancellation period, you have not pressed the "Reveal Keys" button to display the product keys, you may request a refund by contacting customer support.
  • 12.3.4 By pressing the "Reveal Keys" button and displaying the product keys, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory right to cancel or receive a refund.
  • 12.3.5 After the 14-day statutory refund period has expired, we will not provide refunds for any Orders, even if the product keys have not been revealed.

12.4 Expiry of unrevealed product keys after 180 days:

  • 12.4.1 If product keys within your purchased Bundle(s) remain unrevealed (i.e., you have not clicked the "Reveal Keys" button) for 180 days or more after the Order date, we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your Order. If the digital content is no longer available after this period, no refund or alternative product will be provided.
  • 12.4.2 We may send you service-related emails reminding you to reveal your keys before this 180-day period expires. These emails are considered essential communications related to your Order and cannot be opted out of without cancelling your Order. The standard cancellation/refund policy applies in this scenario, as described above.

12.5 Ending the contract due to something we have done or failed to do:

  • 12.5.1 You may end the contract immediately, and we will provide a full refund for any affected digital Products if:
  • 12.5.1.1 We inform you of an error in the pricing or description of the Bundle, and you choose not to proceed;
  • 12.5.1.2 We significantly delay or fail to provide access to your purchased Bundle(s) due to an error or omission on our part;
  • 12.5.1.3 We notify you of significant changes to these terms and conditions that adversely affect your use of the Service or your purchased Bundle(s), provided your Order was placed after the changes took effect or within the 14-day cancellation period with product keys that have not yet been revealed.

12.5.2 In these cases, please contact our customer support using the details provided in Section 21.0 (“Contact Us”) promptly for assistance.

13.0 OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

13.1 We may end the contract at any time if you breach these terms and conditions. Examples of breaches include, but are not limited to:

  • 13.1.1 Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service;
  • 13.1.2 Sharing secure Order links provided to you upon purchase;
  • 13.1.3 Violating the applicable End User Licence Agreements (EULAs) associated with the Products;
  • 13.1.4 Any other material breach of these terms and conditions.

13.2 If we end the contract due to your breach, we may revoke your access to purchased Bundles and are not obligated to issue any refund or compensation.

13.3 Withdrawal of Products:

  • 13.3.1 Occasionally, it may become necessary for us to withdraw certain Products or Bundles from availability. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and will refund any sums paid for digital Bundles you have purchased but have not yet accessed (i.e., unrevealed keys). We will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable if such circumstances arise.

14.0 IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCT

14.1 If you have any questions, issues, or complaints regarding your purchased Bundle or any Products, please contact our customer support team promptly using the details provided in Section 21.0 ("Contact Us").

14.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

14.2.1 Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a process in which an independent third party reviews the details of a dispute and seeks to resolve it without court involvement. If you're not satisfied with our resolution of your complaint, you may wish to consider using an ADR provider.

14.2.2 If you have a complaint that we are unable to satisfactorily resolve, you may have the right to use an external ADR. In addition, if you are an EU consumer, you can submit a complaint for online resolution via the relevant dispute resolution service for the country in which you are based. 14.3 Summary of Your Legal Rights

14.3.1 We have a legal duty to supply Products in conformity with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms will affect your statutory legal rights.

15.0 SUMMARY OF YOUR KEY LEGAL RIGHTS

15.1 Under consumer law, digital content provided must match its description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

15.2 If there is a problem, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Sections 14.0 and 15.0 of these Terms. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

15.3. If you do request a replacement or refund the following limitations apply:

15.4 System Requirements and Performance

15.4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the minimum system requirements for any Product included in your Bundle.

15.4.2 We do not provide refunds where performance issues are due to your system failing to meet those requirements.

15.5 Refund Scope for Bundles

15.5.1 Bundles are sold as a single, indivisible product and cannot be partially refunded.

15.5.2 If a single item in a Bundle is reported as faulty or unfit for purpose, we are not able to issue a refund for the entire Bundle.

15.5.3 We will attempt to provide a replacement key for the affected item where possible. If no replacement is available, the item will be considered non-redeemable, but no partial refund will be offered.

15.6 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

16.0 ERRORS

16.1 We work hard to ensure all information presented on the Website is accurate, including pricing, product details, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.

16.2 If we discover an error that affects your Order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

16.3 In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • 16.3.1 Cancel or suspend any affected Order or transaction until the error is corrected;
  • 16.3.2 Refund any payment you have made for affected content that we are unable to supply;
  • 16.3.3 Decline to complete or fulfil an Order if it was placed based on inaccurate or incorrect information (including pricing or availability);
  • 16.3.4 Modify or discontinue the availability of any digital Products or Bundles at any time, without prior notice.

16.4 We will take all reasonable steps to correct errors promptly and ensure similar issues are avoided in the future.

17.0 LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

17.1 We are responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage you suffer that is caused by our breach of these terms and conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is considered foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our actions or if, at the time the contract was made, it was reasonably contemplated by both you and us.

17.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:

  • 17.2.1 Death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents, or subcontractors;
  • 17.2.2 Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • 17.2.3 Breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products, including your right to receive content that is:
    • 17.2.3.1 As described and matches the information provided;
    • 17.2.3.2 Of satisfactory quality;
    • 17.2.3.3 Fit for any particular purpose made known to us;
    • 17.2.3.4 Supplied with reasonable skill and care;
  • 17.2.4 Damage caused to your digital devices or other digital content due to defective digital Products supplied by us (in which case you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or compensation).

17.3 We supply all Bundles and Products strictly for domestic and personal use. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service or Products for commercial, business, or resale purposes. This includes any loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

17.4 Subject to the above, our total liability for any claims arising in connection with your use of the Service or purchase of any Product will be limited to the total price paid for the relevant Bundle.

17.5 Except as set out above and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of data, loss of goodwill, reputational damage, or damage to software or systems.

18.0 EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

18.1 We will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that are caused by an Event Outside Our Control.

18.2 An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat thereof, war (declared or not), natural disasters (such as fire, flood, storm, earthquake), epidemic, pandemic, or failure of telecommunications networks, hosting infrastructure, or internet services.

18.3 If an Event Outside Our Control occurs that affects our ability to deliver or make available your purchased digital content:

  • 18.3.1 We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible;
  • 18.3.2 Our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will resume delivery or access as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

18.4 If the disruption continues for more than 30 days, and you have not revealed any keys from your Bundle, you may choose to cancel your Order by contacting us using the details provided in Section 21.0 ("Contact Us").

18.5 Upon cancellation:

  • 18.5.1 We will issue a full refund for the affected Order, provided no Product keys have been revealed;
  • 18.5.2 If Product keys have already been revealed, the Order will be considered fully delivered and therefore non-refundable.
