Will I always get everything I paid for?
Yes, every time.
When you purchase a Bundle from us, you’ll receive all the content included in your chosen tier. We do not partially fulfill orders. If something isn’t available, the Bundle won’t be for sale until everything is in stock. In the rare occasion stock becomes unavailable whilst going through the checkout process, any funds taken will be refunded in full.
We believe in being clear and fair - if a Bundle is live, that means every product in it is ready for you, with no missing keys and no waiting around.

Adjusting your Donation
When you buy a charity Bundle on our store, you're not just getting great content - you're also helping support a good cause. With our "Adjust Your Donation" feature, you can suggest how your money is split between:
- Green Man Gaming Bundles (to help keep the store running),
- The publishers (who provide the content), and
- The featured charity (doing important work around the world).
You’ll see three options at checkout:
- Default – This is the standard split for the bundle.
- More to Charity – Choose this to send a bigger share of your purchase to the charity.
- Custom – Want full control? Use sliders to adjust the split just the way you like.
Note: Some sliders may have minimum amounts depending on the bundle.
We believe in giving you the power to choose how your contribution is shared — every purchase makes a difference!
Green Man Gaming partners with PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF) to distribute charitable contributions, in accordance with its policies.
Pay what you want
With our charity Bundles, you can choose how much you pay:
- Tiers: Each tier has a set minimum price. Paying more unlocks more content.
- Extra Tiers: Some Bundles include “extra” tiers, where you can pay a little more without adding content - perfect if you’d like to boost your donation.
- Custom Amount: Select the Custom option to enter your own price. You’ll unlock the tier that matches your payment (you can’t pay less than the minimum, but you can always give more).
This flexibility means you get the content you want while supporting charity at the level that feels right for you.
After selecting your amount, you can also use the "Adjust Your Donation" sliders at checkout to decide how your payment is split between the charity, the publishers, and Green Man Gaming Bundles.
How do I receive my Bundle content after purchase?
After you complete your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Green Man Gaming Bundles. This email includes a link to your Bundle Claim Page.
To claim your product(s):
- Click the “View your Bundle” link in your confirmation email.
- On the Bundle Claim Page, click the button to reveal your Bundle content.
Once the codes are revealed, they’re yours to activate!
My order confirmation bundle link has expired! What do I do?
The links to view your bundle expire after 24 hours - but this does not mean you can no longer access your Bundle content! Simply click the expired link and enter your email address to request a new link to your Bundle.

What is the Green Man Gaming Bundles refund policy?
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes a link to view your purchased Bundle. You’ll need to use this link and click a button to reveal your Bundle content redemption code(s).
Once these codes have been revealed, the Bundle is considered delivered, and refunds can no longer be issued.

EU Customers
If you reside in the European Union and you purchase a Product the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 may apply, and you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of purchase (the "Cooling Off Period"). You will lose your right of withdrawal if you start downloading your product, or if the performance of our services has begun (such as if the Bundle product activation codes have been disclosed to you), before the end of the Cooling Off Period. Please note that if you purchase services from us, the performance of our services will begin immediately after you have received our purchase confirmation email. To withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, please contact Customer Service. If you withdraw from your purchase within the Cooling Off Period, we will provide you with a refund for your purchase.
What happens if I don’t reveal my Bundle after purchase?
If you don’t reveal your purchased Bundle by clicking the reveal button on the Bundle Claim Page within 180 days, your access may be revoked, and the Bundle content could become unavailable.
To ensure you receive what you've paid for, we strongly recommend revealing your Bundle as soon as possible after purchase.
